How do I book a table?
Can we just turn up?
Walk-ins are always welcome. At busy times, there may be a wait from 10 up to 30 minutes, but we’ll get you sitting down and eating as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may request your table back after 1.5 hours if there are lots of people waiting (don’t worry about feeling rushed: there should be plenty of time to enjoy a relaxed meal).
Can I book on Facebook?
We currently don’t take bookings via social media but do follow @RosasThaiCafe for some great foodie chat and a whole lot of pictures of delicious Thai food.
What if we’re running late?
We’re understanding people here at Rosa’s, so we’re always happy to hold your table for 15 minutes from your booking time. If you haven’t arrived, we’ll give you a call before releasing it. Give us a call if you’re running late and we’ll do our best to fit you in anyway.
What if I need to change my reservation?
Please try to give us at least one day’s notice of changes or cancellations. If that’s not possible, just call us when you can and we’ll do our best to get you sorted.
Parties at Rosa’s
We’re celebrating. Can we bring a group?
To secure your group reservation of more than 10 guests, we need a credit card number – but you’ll only be charged if only less than half of the guests turn up, or if your group doesn’t show up at all on the day of the party.
Is there a minimum spend for groups?
We have removed the minimum spend as we know this isn’t always practical, especially if it’s a quick work lunch. However, we kindly ask that group bookings larger than 10 guests order from our party menus. For most of the year (1 January – 31 October), you can choose from our party menu. During the party season (1 November – 31 December), guests are invited to dine from our Christmas Banquet Menu.
What if we want to host a private party?
We’ve got private dining rooms, mezzanines and basements available in many of our locations. The area comes with a dedicated waiter for your party. All we ask is a guaranteed minimum spend during your time with us. Get in touch with us for more details at email@example.com
Can we bring a cake?
You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cakes (and baby food for any little ones), but we’ve got a great selection of food and drink, so please don’t pack a picnic!
How do I change our reservation?
Please let us know by phone or reply to your booking confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance of any changes to the final number of guests or dietary requirements.
